Automate Flow - billing restrictions message

Dear MS team,

After 2 weeks of vacation, I see the message as following 'your flow was saved, but could not be enabled because of billing restrictions.'

If I click Learn More, the link leads me to a page about Data loss prevention (DLP) policies. And asking me to contact your administrator if a data loss prevention policy is blocking your flows from running.

Could you please support me how to solve the issue? It seems like the Automate Flow is not running due to the billing restrictions.
