Projects are not checking In. GeneralQueueJobFailed (26000) - ManagedModeTaskSynchronization.SynchronizeTaskListInManagedModeMessage. Details: id='26000' name='GeneralQueueJobFailed'

Question

Projects are getting errors when checking in. The job queue has SharePoint Tasks List Project that have Job States as "Failed And Blocking Correlation" and "Blocked Due to A Failed Job". The details to the error message reads like this:

Also, I noticed that there was an OLAP Build with "Failed But Not Blocking Correlation" but is only 50% completed. Could this be the issue?
