WOPI Protocol - open a document as Read-only, but in review mode, so that track changes are visible.

Question

I am trying to integrate WOPI Protocol with my application, in order to use the CSPP functionality of opening, editing and viewing documents in word, excel and power point. I am facing an issue, where I need to open a document as Read-only, but with track changes enabled. Is there a way to achieve this in WOPI? Currently when we try to open a document with track changes - it opens in review mode and allows editing. I want the review mode, but a read only document.
