I have used the code given by Microsoft for analyzing faces real-time in a video. This is the repository - "https://github.com/Microsoft/Cognitive-Samples-VideoFrameAnalysis". This program makes a call every 3 seconds and gives me information about the emotions in the face detected in the video. Before COVID it used to run for as long as required. Recently I started to use it again but it stops working after a minute or so with the error message "API call timed out". Please help me out with this issue.

Hi, thanks for reaching out. Upon further review, it seems like this might be a client issue. Please can you confirm if you unchecked the box (as shown below) that prevents the client from making requests after 5 minutes? If it's not that, we'd need StackTrace of the issue as well as support ticket so that engineers can have access to additional information for further investigation (let me know if you don't have a support plan and we'll issue a once time ticket to you). Also what region is your resource in?
Thanks again for your response. Upon further review, the attachment you provided isn't a stacktrace. We need the stacktrace from the exception being thrown. Specifically, "Exception thrown: 'System.NullReferenceException' in VideoFrameAnalyzer.dll" which can be obtained if running debug mode in visual studio. Please ensure the following is checked when debugging to catch the exception.
