How to reset Microsoft 365 Global Admin password without phone call?

I have a Microsoft 365 E5 developer subscription, I am the global admin, I cannot login, and I cannot reset the password because the phone number that I have entered when setting it up may be wrong. Is there another way to reset Microsoft 365 Global Admin password without using the phone call? My alternate email has received the verification code, but the phone number is wrong.

You should be able to contact microsoft support and give them your subscription details.
Once they verify your identity they should be able to help you.
