Problems with Windows 10 Bussines - update 21H2

Ok, so I have a few problems with this update (21H2 SO Compilation 19044.1586) that are driving me crazy. First the laptop seems to restart every time I close the lid or use the sleep option, second I have a custom block screen image and most of the time after my computers restarts or I turn it on the image that appears in the block screen is the default desert, third the computer takes more time to start as my task bar doesn't appear until it's done, fourth when I try to shut down my laptop because it's running slow I will get the blue screen error with the message "Your PC ran into a problem" but the whole message is corrupted like it's overlapping the text so I can't see the % of completion when it's restarted, it's as if the text column overlaps with the others but it's skipping a column every time. I can't really post a photo of this last error as I don't have my smartphone right now but it's been a while with this error and I have tried updating and it just keep happening. At this point I am really thinking in restarting my computer to fabric setup because it's just insane how much problems updating to 21H2 has happened to me, the first version of Windows 10 didn't give me this much problems hell it didn't give me problems at all. Shame I updated to 21H2 I should have stay with my older version.

My laptop is a HP Pavilion 15-ab012la with 12GB Ram, AMD A10-8700P with 1 Tera HDD.

    I updated my Windows 10 21H2 comp 19044.1586 to comp 19044.1682 and I still have problems with the laptop restarting if I close the lid or use the options for sleep, same goes for the custom image in the block screen it would show the default microsoft desert, it still takes time for the task bar to appear when login in and for the last error I hadn't seen it as I still hadn't turn off my laptop so it will not appear.
    Edit: I updated my BIOS from F.45 to F.54 that is the lastest one for my laptop and when I closed the lid from my laptop and open it again it finally gave me the blue screen with the error "driver irql not less or equal" just that it wasn't corrupted like it used to be and I could see the text and % for the restart.
    Edit 2: Ran CHKSDK to see if there was a problem with my disk drive and nothing.
