Has anyone gotten SFTP to work on a computer running Windows 11?

I would suggest that you describe your problem. What you installed, what error messages you get, what troubleshooting steps that you've done, etc.

2022-04-26T12:47:53.313+00:00 Sounds like a networking problem. Open Powershell.exe and test to see if you can connect to the port.
Test-NetConnection -ComputerName YourSFTPserver -Port 22Temporarily turn the Windows Defender Firewall off to see that is blocking access.

I can understand you wish to Install SFTP on Windows 11.
I am afraid if you can configure an SFTP URL, But you can always use a DNS name/ IP address.
