SCCM Replication Issues

Env: 2012R2
SCCM: 5.00.8412.1000
Link between primary and secondary site is in "Link Failed" state.
RLA does not show any issue (all green) and no errors in RCMCtrl.log (or any other log) are reported that can point to some issue.
Troubleshooting as per:
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/troubleshoot/mem/configmgr/troubleshoot-database-replication-service-issues#check-for-bcp-problems
When run SPDiagDRS:
Primary Site:
Section 2: Has 0 counts for Incoming and Outgoing queues but there is ConflictCount of 1
Section 3: Initialization Status has required value, statusupdatetime is $null
Section 4: Status is failed for Secondary_Site_Replication_Configuration, Secondary Site Data, Secondary Site Updates.

Also under Monitoring -> database replication -> Replication detail
"Child Last receive time" is empty

Secondary Site:
Section 2: Has 30 counts for Outgoing queues

Hoping for some advice

I won't be very popular with MikeK... The version listed is I think Current Branch 1606... which is out of support... unless that company is paying for extended support?
    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/lifecycle/products/microsoft-system-center-configuration-manager-ltsb-version-1606

"In general", unless the RLA (Replication Link Analyzer) fixes the issue, there are 'usually' deeper issues which will require a support call, and a forum won't be able to help you fix the issue. Compounded with the fact that you seem to be running a 6 year old version , out of support (2022 - 2016 = 6 years)... you might be in a pickle, MikeK

    Thanks for feedback!
Yes this is specific environment hence the older version of sccm.
I ultimately had to perform Recover Secondary Site and that seems resolved issue.
What is left for me to understand ConflictCounts in SPdiagDRS query (upserts) I am seeing. I assume those are resolved conflicts (loser/winner) value replacements and as long as there is no increase I think I should be OK. Same goes for IncomingMessageQueue and OutgoingMessageQueue.
