recover deleted user office365

Question

good morning... I urgently need to know if it is possible to recover a onedrive (office365) of a user that has already been deleted and that the 30 days have passed.

is there any way? The user's account no longer appears in the administration portal.

after 30 days is the information somewhere?

Have you tried the method provided by AndyDavid? If you want to restore Ondrive belongs to the account which has been deleted, you could use powershell.

If this method does not work, I would suggest you to open a service request from Microsoft 365 Admin Center for further help.
