If I specify AES for ALWAYSON Endpoints, would it be 128-bit or 256-bit?

I believe that is 128 bit, but I am trying to get confirmation from Microsoft. 128bit was the answer in 2016 (year not version) but not sure if it has changed lately. Hope to hear soon.
