Outlook Microsoft can't automaticly connect to account.

Hello. Exchange 2019 on-premise. Last CU last SU.

The standard Adroid\IOS mail app automatically connects to the mailbox, but the Microsoft Outlook app cannot.

After entering the account and password, I see these fields:

Email Address
administrator@resoleasing.com

Server (example: server.domain.com)
mail.resoleasing.com

Domain\Username

Password

Description (example: Work)

-Why is there a problem with your Outlook application?

I follow UPN rule, mail is the same as the account. The virtual directories are configured correctly.

    Thanks for correcting me, so your issue is related to outlook for mobile client, and the original mail app can work properly.

    We can know that outlook for mobile works different from the mail app, check the Outlook for iOS and Android architecture here.

    Because Outlook App needs to connect to a Microsoft server (in the United States or Europe, depending on the client's region) for authentication. So if there are restrictions on the firewall or other intermediary devices, such as adding the US address range or some other addresses to the blacklist, it is impossible to connect to the Microsoft server (Azure), then some problems will appear. We need to open the relevant IP address to solve this issue.

    Have you tried configuring your account profile from control panel and check the result again? And does this issue occured inside or outside your domain?
    Control Panel > User Accounts > Mail > Show Profiles > Add > type your profile name

    And if you still have issue with your outlook configuration/autodiscover, you could also use the ExRCA tool to do a test:
