AWS DMS (Data Migration Service) supports Azure SQL Database as a data source.
Please check the following documents.

https://docs.aws.amazon.com/dms/latest/userguide/CHAP_Source.AzureSQL.html

If you need more specific support on this matter, you need know-how about AWS services, so I think it is better to use AWS support or AWS re: Post instead of this forum.
