Unable to create Container app

When I try to create a container app. I get this error. Is this a problem with my subscription?

From our Resource Group: “/subscriptions/resourceGroups/XXXX”;

when we attempt to create a new Container App through the portal we receive the following ‘Authorization’ Error:

We are able to create Container Instances, App Services, and other Azure Resources…

Can you please share the steps you are following to create the container app, are you using any document that you can share?

The request could be rejected due to credentials failure. Could you verify for passwordSecretRef , the value for "container registry password" is the registry, (i.e. ACR) password and not, for example, the secret value?

Please confirm that you have owner role in the subscription. If not, follow the steps provided in the document below to achieve it:

Azure Container Apps is currently in "Preview" which means not feature complete and consequently not recommended for production as support could be limited.

I also get this error and cannot get owner role on the subscription due to security concerns. However, I am an owner on the Resource Group the container app is being created in.
