Couldn't take cert exam due to issues - no follow up received

Hi,

I registered for an exam and on the day of the exam, I could not give the test due to technical issues. I could see my video and hear my audio but the audio/video worked in the test but the proctor couldn't hear me. He said he will get in touch with me to reschedule the exam but never received any communication from the support team.
Is there any way I register for another exam without any cost given that I could not give my original exam? Please advise. Thanks.
