QnA Maker throwing something went wrong and malfunctioning

The Score's which are returning from QnA maker are not appropriate.
For Ex: when a question is trained as Change my language to Es .
The score is returned as 71.7% for the utterance Es.

Expected Score should be at least less than 50%.

Try to use distinct words to differentiate questions as suggested here. Regarding the error, it is probably an intermittent issue. Does it pop up at random times?
