Please let me know how to check the FIM Synchronization Server 2010 is working fine and common troubleshooting guide. Also help me with the error code to look out for.

    Hi there,

    It will be much appreciated if you can share any error messages you get.Run Full Import on the FIM to check if the servers are working fine.

    Permission issues between the FIM service management agent and the FIM service database can cause this error. Before article might help in troubleshooting it.
