1.Enable indexing for the file’s folder.
Open File Explorer with the Windows key + E > Properties > Advanced > Select "Allow files in this folder to have contents indexed in addition to file properties"
2.Turn on the Sharing Wizard.
open File Explorer > View > Options > Change folder and search options > Use Sharing Wizard
3.Select Save as to rename the file.
File > Save as
4.Save the file to an alternative folder.
Save as > select an alternative folder to save
5.Uninstall third-party antivirus utilities
