SKU not available error / Trying to start Databricks Cluster/ Enterprise Subscription with 150 monthly credit?

Trying to understand why I am getting sku not available and its terminating the cluster when I try to start it.

I have an enterprise MDSN license that gives me 150$ credit per month.

Can anyone point me to a region that will support the sku?

    By default, for any subscription there will be specific limit on the VM cores available per region based on the OfferType. Certain Azure regions require customers to go through a request process in order to gain access. To request access to these regions, a customer or their Cloud Solution Provider may open a support request and work with our Support team to discuss or enable access.

    Note: If a SKU isn't available for your subscription in a location or zone that meets your business needs, submit a SKU request to Azure Support (Which is complete at free cost).
