Does anyone know if azure chatbot can fill out microsoft forms or dump user input into sharepoint or teams without the use of power virtual agent/power automate?

So far, I created a chatbot with bot framework composer and I have a form/survey on it that feeds into a Power-BI report. It doesn't feed into the Power-BI report nicely so If I have a 100 surveys, it would be hard to differentiate and separate each survey apart. From my findings, it is not possible to get azure chatbot to fill out a Microsoft form but I did find a potential alternative which is to dump the user input from a survey I created with the chatbot into SharePoint or a teams channel. Unfortunately, Power virtual agent is not whitelisted so I cannot do that

@Lee, Christopher [JJCUS NON-J&J] Yes, power virtual agent option to submit a form with composer seems to be the easiest option in this case.

In my organization, power virtual agent is not whitelisted so I cannot use power virtual agent.
