The Self-hosted Integration Runtime is offline

I have Integration Runtime installed on a Virtual Machine and every so often it loses connection.
I don't know what could be causing the error. Automatically without doing anything it works again.
I have a peering with the SAP machine and with SAP I have no communication problems.
The error displayed in adf is:

"The Self-hosted Integration Runtime 'IR-VM' is offline, last connect time is '05/18/2022 23:59:59.182', Self-hosted Integration Runtime id is...."

When I enter the virtual machine, the status of the IR is reconnecting:

What can it be due to?

    within the IR management application you can use the diagnose to get more details about whats happening,
    it could be something to do with network connectivity from the vm to the adf/synapse or something to do with the version of the shir software
