Hi All

Have a strange issue with Outlook.

I have Office 2010 Standard (14.0.7268.5000) SP2, loaded on Windows Server 2016(patched). (ESET Server Security)

Few of my Terminal Server(RDP) users are having issues with receiving POP emails.

I have setup their email account on my laptop and set it to leave copy on the server. I can receive emails fine from my laptop but now and then the EMAIL drop/disappear from their RDP session which has Outlook 2010 on.

I have Disabled All Add-ins. Removed, Re Installed Office and still no luck.

Any Ideas please?

Cheers

Stephen

If their RDP session gets dropped, what does that have to do with Outlook/Office?
