What is the latest Language Service(s) I should use to create a Bot with language understanding from an existing Kowneldge base?

The various documentation available (at least what I looked at) is not clear what is the latest Service(s) to use. Some document states for example that the Language service replaces Luis and QnA Maker ( I may have misunderstood this). Also which studio I should use Language Studio vs QnA framework .
is there a documentation that covers all and point to the latest services to use?

Sorry for your experience. Recently, Lanugage understanding and QnA maker are rebranded to Language Service, and LUIS/ QnA maker become a feature under it called Question Answering.I have created a request to content team to update the name and make everything connsistent(Some of the doc from Bot Service side are not updated well, I am sorry for that). Although the rebranding happened, the QnA maker/ Knowledgebase/ LUIS are still workable, you can use all of them.

If you are just starting, I would highly reccomend you starting from Language Service.

Thank you for the information. The information is good and easy to follow.
However, the app web bot still not working.

I have followed the tutorial to the letter. I was able to create a knowledge base and test it inside the Language studio, it worked fine.

I created the web app bot via Language studio, as instructed. it does test. no reply back to any of the questions.
