Form Recognizer Studio is timing out on Invoice prebuilt model of 20 pages

Hello,

I am chatting with support (Madhuilika) and she requested I post her. I am unable to process a 20 page document (PDF). Some other documents are processing OK.

The Studio times out, and all the files I uploaded are also lost.

I have a recording I can share and also the document that is failing. Let me know.. thanks

Sorry for your experience, I am highly recommend you to raise a support ticket for this issue to have a support engineer investigate the backlog for you. Once you created, please share the ticket number to me so that I can help you to track.

If you have no support plan, just let me know your Subscription ID, I would like to enable you a free ticket for this issue.

Hi Yutong,

I was able to use the Python code to go past this using a custom longer timeout.
The 20 pages required a longer processing time, I think that's why the Form Recognizer studio was timing out, I don't know if there is a means to setup the timeout on the Studio tool ?

In any case I am unblocked now. But here are my details from the Directories + subscriptions page.
