Thanks for reaching out to us. I just tried to reproduce your issue in same region - EastAsia with same tier S0, but everything works fine in my end. Could you please share your browser to me, for Chrome everything is good.
Another way to try is refreshing and cleaning the cookie.
If above all not helps, I will highly recommend you to raise a support ticket so that support engineer can help you to check on backlog to see what happened. Please share the support ticket number once you created it. If you do not have a support plan and above solutions not help. Please share your Azure Subscription to me, I am willing to enable you a support ticket for this issue.
