    Thanks for reaching out.

    I understand that you are getting Bad Request - Request Too Long error while authenticating using Azure AD authentication and not allowing you to redirect to application page.

    This error generally occurs when there's too many cookies or cookies that are too big. Each time you are signing in, it's storing more cookies in your browser.

    To fix it, just clear your cookies. or I would recommend using a private browser.

    Alternatively, if HTTP request hosted on IIS to use Kerberos authentication and user is a member of many Active Directory user groups, then server can also send 400 -Request too long error as mentioned here. In this case, there is a suggestion to remove the user from number of Active Directory groups.
