Cannot login to Enterprise App when Azure AD B2C user

When trying to login to an Enterprise App via SAML2 using a AzureAD B2C Tenant I get the error:

"We couldn't find an account with that username."

The name Im using is a user in the Azure AD that the B2C Tenant is connected to
