Keep UUID without change after the VM Migration

Hi,
I am doing the VM migration from Hyper-V to other Cloud envirment, and there is a requirement, which is to keep the UUID unchanged after the migration.

so i wanna to ask whats the solution to keep it unchanged? it says the sysprep service can keep the SID? can u pls provide the solution?thx.

    I would like to paste back your previous statement which is the one below:

    i think if we can close any service? such as "sysprep"? to keep this ID unchanged? (UUID will changed automatically after detect the hardware changed)
