LUIS.AI returns 404 error over the last 30 hours : too long and no information

LUIS.ai returns the 404 page
we don't know what happen exactly.
i saw quikly there was an issue on active directory but now the reports seems to be ok with azure.
But luis is always unreachable and there is no information.
so please help

    hi i m in westeurope
    before tuesday everything was ok
    now i have tried several things:

    • different browser : firefox/edge
    • different azure account

    but the sign in still returns a 404 error
