How to get Bing Maps imagery between 2014 and 2021

I am not sure how to get the "Bing Maps imagery between 2014 and 2021 including Maxar and Airbus imagery", which is the data used in the dataset(https://github.com/microsoft/GlobalMLBuildingFootprints).
How can I access the images?Is that free for academic use? From other map websites?

    Bing Maps only keeps one copy of our worldwide imagery. For time lapse you will want to reach out to Maxar & Airbus directly.
