Personal account can create meeting with another personal account?

I have personal account trongtm@Stuff .com (not school or work). Can i create meeting and invite another account (ex: anon@USER , def@Stuff .com) to my meeting?

    What kinds of meeting are you schedule? Teams meeting or Skype for Business meeting?

    If your client is Skype for Business, you can join the Skype for Business meeting as a guest. The following link shows how to join the meeting as a guest for your reference:
