ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED in my asp.net core web

I am using asp.net core (.net 6.0) and when I run in iis_express it is ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED
when I run in dotnet run it is ok.
I have reinstall iis and visual studio

First, please try to change the port in solution property and run it again. Then don't forget to Create Virtual Directory.
If it cannot work, please repair IIS express in control panel.
