First, what's type of your project you want to do? MVC? What's the meaning of "retrieve the data from the database in the form of question formate" . You need to search the key information from the database. And the question formate just the field in the database.Best regards,

What's your database? Sql Server? You could select "Sql query" in the Internet, there are many examples to how to get the data from the database. It's so easy.
