Spot VMs for Azure Blockchain

Several individuals want to set up their nodes on my Ethereum PoA blockchain to use spot pricing.

How do they do that? I see that you cannot change already created VMs.

    @Mark Waser If you are using IaaS Service model, then you can deploy spot instances if the requested VM Sku's in the region are available.
    You can also try and use the existing disks of your already created VM's.
