Hi,
Today we noticed our streaming videos show network error like attached. There have been no problem till yesterday but error occurred today. We have two streaming endpoints, the one with CDN (Standard Verizon) and the one without CDN. Only all the videos on the one with CDN show error.

We doubt problem with media services or CDN, but they are all running without problem as far as I can see on Azure Console. Are there any confirmation point for recovering by myself? Or we just have to wait?

Thanks.

A recent update for Azure CDN from Verizon resulted in HTTP 400 errors being returned when CDN made requests to Azure Media Services streaming endpoint. The update that resulted in this issue has been reverted on the CDN side. The error you showed above is just from Azure Media Player and was likely caused by this issue but I can't be 100% certain. If you are still seeing issues please open a support incident so your issue can be further investigated.
