POWERPOINT crashing

Hi,

I am trying to record a PowerPoint presentation on the slideshow, but it keeps crashing after 10 seconds or so.

    Hai, did your computer meet minimum requirement to run the PowerPoint presentation? especially your RAM

    Please check if this problem appear in all PowerPoint files or specific file?
    Try to create a new PowerPoint file save in the desktop and check if this issue still exist in new PowerPoint file.
    Did you Install any updates for PowerPoint recently?
    You can also completely uninstall PowerPoint and then reinstall:

    did everything suggested and it still crashes after 10 seconds into the recording
