Cant download URL rewrite

Question

Trying to update Exchange 2019 to CU 12. The prerequisites fails because I dont have URL Rewrite Module version 2.1 installed.

When I try to download it at https://www.iis.net/downloads/microsoft/url-rewrite, I get a timeout/Service Unavailable.

Is this temporary or is there a different dowload location?

Have you tried to download it by using a different computer?

I just tried downloading it in my environment from the link you shared above, succeed. That's may be related to some backend issue which lead to you cannot download it.
