Azure Dashboard - How to Create a Markdown URL Link open in same tab of web browser.

I'm building an Azure Dashboard with a Markdown tile on the Dashboard. I am attempting to add a URL that would browse to different locations in the Azure Portal without opening another tab.

Currently, when I open a URL Link, a new tab will open in the browser. This is a problem when having access to multiple directories in the Azure Portal.

Here is an example of what I have been using for Markdown :
PIM Access - Click and Drag to browser tab
