Hi Team,
We are using native web views in our iOS and Android application for SSO login but few of our customers enabled device restriction settings in Microsoft Intune. Could you please suggest how end users can proceed and use our application in case of Microsoft Intune restrictions?

We are using native WKWebview in case of iOS and native Webview in case of Android to load IDP of clients and end users authenticate there. But for one of our customer Safari/Chrome browser does not meet their Azure conditional access policy (CAP). And that’s why IDP authentication not getting to succeed .
What should we do in this case to support?

From your description, did you mean that there is a conditional access policy blocking the user to login in? It is suggested to check the sign-in records in Users > Sign-in logs in intune portal or Azure AD portal. We can find which conditional access policy blocks it based on the target user and find the detailed information about failure reason.

As I said that we knows which conditional access policy blocking the user to login in i.e is the use of only Edge browser for the user authentication.
Issue we knows, we want to know what should be the solution of this issue? As our application is using WKWebview in iOS and native webview in android but Edge browser condition blocking to authenticate users on used iOS and android web views.
Client want to be stick to use only Edge browser for user authentication, so now how can we solve this issue?
@Akshay Soni For user authentication issue, it is more related to Azure AD scope. I'm not a support engineer of Azure AD and know little about it. Given this situation, I will add Azure AD tag and let's wait for the related support engineer involved in this issue.
