I would recommend going to https://account.microsoft.com/ and look and see if you have an office 365 subscription. Maybe you can cancel it
Why am I being charged - when I'm on my husband's family subscription??
I shifted over to my husbands family subscription a few months back, yet I'm still being charged every month! WHYYYYY????
How do I go about getting refunded for the last few months?
Also, Its taken me 14 tabs - to finally get to a place where I can ask a question of someone... why do microsoft not make it easy to contact them? ridiculous!
