Why i can't able to Create Resource Group and Virtual Machine,after the created Free trial also

Free Trial i can't able to create Virtual Machine, may i know the reason for not allowing to create Virtulal machine

As mentioned in this post it could be related to Capacity issue in the region you are trying to deploy VM in free trail subscription.
As a work around you can try in different regions and check if that helps.
