Teams Meeting settings - Change the Teams Meeting invitation text

Question

The default standard corporate Teams Meeting ‘template exists, and is inserted into Teams Meetings.

I want to create a separate Teams Meeting ‘template’ for a particular shared mailbox. For this mailbox, when a New Teams Meetings is created to display specific text, that is different to the standard Teams Meeting text inserted.

How can this be done.

I have gone to admin, Teams Meeting settings, it appears the text can be changed, however globally.

I read the Microsoft documentation.however it doesn’t mention how to create different Teams Meeting text ‘templates. for example would I create a new policy

Hello @dd88

At this point you would need to manually edit that text every time a meeting invite has been created. There is no workaround that I am aware of that will
make this work.

However, I would advise creating feedback at https://feedbackportal.microsoft.com/feedback/forum/ad198462-1c1c-ec11-b6e7-0022481f8472 and Microsoft may take a look at implementing your idea.

For all users when creating a New Teams Meeting invite, insert the standard Teams Meeting email invitation text, for example displays as

For a particular shared mailbox user, I would like to create another Teams Meeting with updated text. When this shared mailbox user creates a new Teams Meeting invite, the Email Invitation text is different. I have added the text in colour blue so you can see the difference. for example

This should be able to be done. How can this be achieved?
