Advisor Alert not triggering - Upgrade to the latest version of the Azure Connected Machine agent - Reliability

Hello,
I created an alert linked to an action group to execute a job on a automation account when I have this recommendation Upgrade to the latest version of the Azure Connected Machine agent under Reliability.
The recommendation on the advisor have been showing up since 6 hours and my alert are still not been trigger.
Any advice ?

I understand that you have already set up an alert to trigger when new recommendations are suggested. Can you please share how you have configured your alert? For instance, is it configured based on Category and impact level or Recommendation Type?
