    Did you use the Office in organization?
    Based on the error message, it seems the feature is disabled. I suggest you refer to the link of HungChunYu-3579 and try the methods.
    If this issue still existed, try to contact your account administrator to confirm if this feature is disable by policy in Microsoft 365.
