Hi,

I am faced with issue with Bing maps.
I use Easy Street Draw version 6.4.9487.570.
The software has been configured to work with Bing Maps as Geocode Service, and the map service is TMS.
I tried with all type Api keys without positive results.

The strange issue is with saving Maps.
We are not able to save the area of the map.
When we click on the save button the loading circle in the center starts to c cycling forever.
You could see on the screenshot:

Do you know any information about this case?

Thank you in advance.
Best regards.

    Hi,

I am not familiar with Easy Street Draw. Likely you will need to go to the software creator to get support. My suspicion is that either you have a firewall blocking access to the Maps API calls or you have exhausted your license transactions. Either way, the best place to start is with whomever provided you the software.

I did a quick search and found "Trancite" at http://easystreetdraw.com/contact-support.php so they are likely the folks you should start with but for geocode calls to work, you will need to have the virtual earth endpoints available through your firewall. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/visuals/power-bi-visualization-filled-maps-choropleths?tabs=powerbi-desktop recommends:

    https://dev.virtualearth.net/REST/V1/Locations
    https://platform.bing.com/geo/spatial/v1/public/Geodata
    https://www.bing.com/api/maps/mapcontrol

    Sincerely,
    IoTGirl
