Team Capacity page is loading all the time, there is no indicating, just blank page

Hi colleague,

I am using Team Capacity feature, when I click Team Capacity, which is the following link,

It is loading all the time, please refer to the pic below.

I checked the Prerequisites in the following link, it seems that there is no issue about my account.

Could you help to check the issue?
