Getting HTTP error while updating service references in Web Application in Visual studio 2013. We have setup the IIS express and published Wcf code in the server.

@Julia Kurakula There are many reasons for this error, such as when the server or another network device unexpectedly closes an existing tcp connection or related to security protocol. I suggest you open a support ticket for this, one of our engineers will help find the root cause.
