Live Visual Tree shows only .exe after click refresh button in Visual Studio Community 2022

To learn how to add elements to Grid dynamically, I ran a sample project.
After appearing a main window, Live Visual Tree shows UI elements in expect like below a left image .
However, if I push a refresh button in Live Visual Tree, it shows only .exe and others are disappered like a below right image.

I read a tutorial document at here, but I cannot find what I missed.
I also create a new project and paste an example code attached above document, and I also see same problem.

How to resolve this issue?

Environment
OS: Windows 10 Home 21H2 19044.1826
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 2400G
IDE: Visual Studio Community 2022
