Please refer to following steps to open the calendar of room mailbox in Outlook client for more details on this busy time:
1.Open the calendar of the administrator with delegate permission in the Outlook client.
2.Click “Open Calendar – From Room List” to choose problematic room mailbox

3.Select this calendar from the list on the left.
4.View more detailed information here.
