Not much to go on but the simplest solution may be to delete the problematic one and create a new virtual machine.

In this case, you can try creating a new Windows 10 VM and delete existing Windows 11 VM.

Or you can use Windows 10 ISO in Windows 11 VM, format it and make clean install.
