I can't find the new user added in AD in Office365 after the synchronization.

I added new users in AD and I launch the syncronization with azure Ad Connect and the syncronization is successful but I did not find these new users in Office 3
i need your help please

2022-08-07T21:49:16.773+00:00 I dont see the exports there to the Azure tenant, just to on-prem.
Consider reinstalling AADConnect.
